Decorative fox / grapes , I think it's pewter

Hey everyone , I believe this would've decorated a door or something, any thoughts on the possible age / material it's made of ? It looks like pewter. Found in an area with a lot of Dutch colonial history (upstate ny) most of the buildings were remodeled in the Victorian era though.

Sorry about the delayed response , that definitely looks similar. This thing is 6 inches tall, I think it's part of a decorative garden fence or something. Thanks for checking into it
