Definetly Roman - but can anyone identify??

Roman? The only distinguishable feature
is, what to me, looks like a boot on the left picture. For
those of you who are Roman coin experts, can someone identify
it?

Top picture; horse facing right (although you have it facing down). More in keeping with a Celtic, although some Romans had horses on.

I would need a better picture.

If its slightly concaved then its Celtic.

PS. Horse look like it has wings so could be pegasus
