Anyone using this machine in the field? I've looked at a lot of advertisements for new detectors but this one strikes my interest. Has solid tone ID on objects that doesn't seem to change in pitch very much.....unlike the Whites DFX. I know it is newer and untested by many but it is similar to my old Teknetics 8500 in tonal response that I really liked over 20 years ago. This one may be especially good for deep silver but not a beach unit.

I hope it is better than the one they released last year. It seems thay had quality issues with the other model. I do not know anyone that uses their detectors, just their pin pointers and wireless headphone accessories.
