I ve been use this coil and working great , I wore a hole on the coil cover I was wondering if really need a cover for this coil or can use without a cover

10.00 coil cover vs 130.00 coil---I would buy another cover

Since you have rubbed the cover enough to wear a hole in it, I'd get a new one to protect the coil from the same kind of wear. It's not absolutely necessary though, but, you'll probably need a new coil eventually.
