So I was pretty bored today and decided to check the parkway in front of mine and my neighbors house. I dug this button up from about 5 inches

Anyone have any idea when it dates? I tried to find a site online, but no luck.

Also while digging- found a 1920, 1934, and 1944 wheat (amongst the clad)

Good job on the wheaties gates......the only thing I know about ID'ing buttons is the folks here usually want to see what's on the back...post another pic and I'm sure someone can ID it for ya...

Neat button and congrats on the wheats.

DO NOT hunt those parking strips! There is absoluty nothing good to find there! 8) Leave the parking strips for ME and I will dig all the trash outa there. Seriously though, parking strips are the most single overlooked productive spot in the MD universe. Think about it, if you added up all that green space it would be like a HUGE virgin park full of old coins and bling! GOOD STUFF BTW.

the back has a small loop that is kinda off center- really corroded-no writing or anything. I can post a pic if it will help.

HUNT THOSE PARKWAYS!!! I must have found 15 coins it the 25 foot strip in front of my house!
