Detecting noob found shoe

Found this shoe detecting today about 10” under and near property west stone wall .. this horse or ox shoe? Any idea re how old? Thanks in advance!

Oh - Big Damn Shoe? Thanks friends! Yah will keep at it - have only spent 10 minutes detecting the spot and can’t wait to get to it tomorrow (here’s to hoping)

This was where I found it and pulled what I guess was part of the hoof, which was in the ground right next to the shoe? I’m going to take the hoof back tomorrow and bury where I found it.
