Detector for saltwater

I am looking for a good salt water detector, Should be waterproof and good in ocean. Prefer a VLF designed for ocean but will look at PIs as well. Want to be in the 250 - 300 range. Let me know what you have. Doesn't have to look perfect just function that way.
