Just wanted to give a big thumbs up
to Detectorpro (DetectorPro professional underwater metal detectors and accessories) for fixing my Grey Ghost headphones.
I sent them priority mail with a note to please fix them (they stopped working) and then contact me for charges.
A few days later I got a Priority Mail package back with my headphones and an invoice that just said they had replaced the top wire. No bill. They didn't even charge me the $13.45 to send them back.
I called and asked if they wanted money and the guy said, nope, no charge. I said, "You don't even want anything for postage?", and he says, nope, you just enjoy them. THAT"S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I will certainly be back when I need something else.
