Deus 2 remote discharging fully

Anyone out there having issues with the Deus 2 remote discharging completely without being used in a couple days? First time it happened I figured I left the remote on after a hunt so I recharged it as well as the headphone puck and coil. after a two days i went to use it and dead. plugged it into the charger and it came on like it does when powered on. Turned it off and charged fully till no blinking battery icon on screen. That was yesterday evening, I just now turned it on and my battery life is down to about 3/4. I haven't noticed it doing this with the coil or puck. Running V0.6 as it came out of the box new less than a month ago, haven't updated it yet.
Just curious if this is a thing or I'm just super lucky.

Gee that doesn't sound good, maybe give them a call.
Maybe do a reset if that is possible.
