Hello All! Got out today with my Dad & did some hunting. We found a spot that has been recently cleared. My dad doesn't own a detector (although he's the one who introduced it to me years ago) but loves looking for arrowheads, so he did that while I detected. He ended up finding these 4 small points and was thrilled. They don't plow the land often in his part if the state so makes it tough. I got onto where a house site was. I found a medicine bottle which later shattered in my pocket. I also found a 1940 wheatie, a suspender buckle, a Pond's hand cream container and a few overall snaps. The coolest find was the 1950s Dick Tracy pistol (eyespy). It was my last find of the day then we called it quits because the snow was really starting to come down. It was great to get out with my dad and my new dog! HH!
