Did a little field hunting today

Hello all! Got out for a while today and detected a field where I've found tons if arrowheads. Found out recently there was a colonial homesite there. Not sure about the lead button thing, ( age?) Had a good time, the weather was perfect for detecting! HH!

Cool stuff. The bottom left is not a button but a lead hem weight. Put them in uniforms to hold the corners down etc.

Found a few hem weights lately and oddly enough with the same era buttons.
