digger and shovel

I ordered a lesche digging tool and lesche sampson serrated shovel. Curious ro see who primarily uses one or the other......or both? I could see how both have their purpose. Does anyone carry both?

I have a Sampson 18" shovel and a Leschie hand digger in my car. My hand digger stays in the car, unless I am hunting somewhere that any shovel is questionable. I never carry both while I hunt. The Mini shovel is fantastic for the plug and the resultant gouging out of the hole. I might carry both if I was carrying a longer Sampson. Likely wood in fact.
