Yesterday was one of the wetest days I've ever spent out digging, but it was totally worth it. I revisited the place where I found my saloon token and found some more cool stuff. First was this panama Canal watch fob that I believe dates back to 1913, then there's a Bull Durham Tobacco charm from around 1910, an old button that looks like the stone wheel from a grist mill. After a short break I hit another spot a few miles to the west and found my first confederate .54 caliber enfield bullet. By the end of the day I was a soggy mess with a big smile.
