Had an unexpected day off today and decided to hunt a site where I had some luck last year.. When I arrived things Had changed alot. The farmer had cleared alot of alder brush and tilled .I always thought the brush area was where the carriages were parked . First 2 coins were Indians then the barber dime. The old coins were all we found Indians wheat's barbers and a seated quarter .this is definitely a personal best for me.. Indiankirk had a personal best as well, near the end of the hunt I was digging a half dollar signal and out comes a small bag . Inside was a 1996 Kennedy half and a clad dime My only clad of the day..(got a rush out of that!!) thanks for looking Goldbill

Thanks for the comments everyone. We went back yesterday for just two hours and each of us got two Mercuries and 6 or so wheat's .This site seems to be a dream site but as with all of them it is only so big. Some is underwater so maybe next year in drier conditions .Here is a couple of pics of my two coins....goldbill
