Dirty hoarder foreclosure pick

My double down dirty foreclosure pick yesterday....I noticed the new owner started tossing a large amount of stuff out for garbage last night. Took a quick look and found a few things to take home. Knocked on his door today and he agreed to let me pick anything I wanted before the 20 Sq Yard roll off trash bin showed up this afternoon. Words could not describe how dirty/nasty this place was. They were definitely hoarders, nice home goods mixed in with loose change, rotting food, china, every box was crap, more crap, mouse poop,then I would find something nice. I did share the finds with the main cleanup crew leader and his wife. Although I did not have to help, the last two hours I spent spilling out random boxes looking for good items then helping toss the trash in the bin. So Far found $60 in mixed bills and coins including one 1957 silver certificate, one silver dime. 35 British Pound notes and assorted coins. Some silver jewelry, still sorting through it all. A huge box of older Lionel train tracks. Box of mixed China and crystal(not high end). Looks like 80% garage sale quality and 20% ebay items.
