That is part of a "Petal Bell," or sliegh bell. Probably made in the early to mid 1800s. Classic Bells: Petal (Rim, Rumbler) Sleigh Bells

Here's the other object I dug up but not sure what it is. Then the last I found a 36 D buffalo nickel.
