Is your coin one of the 2011 silver eagles? I think I have the same doubling on one of mine. Did you send it in to be evaluated? Let me know which coin this is and I'll upload some pics of mine as well.

Looks interesting. It would be called a "doubled die" by the way. Also, "pennies" were made in England. We have "cents"
