dry spell over, everything but coins!

For quite a while been going out just finding clad or trash. Rememberd a place I was diggin last year in the 110 heat needless to say I gave up early. Its a lot that once was a house site here in Vegas, the house was called a railroad cottage, homes first built here in Vegas circa 1907 or a little later. I remember the ground being hard as cement, but what did I have to lose ive not found anything else today. So I started trying to figure where the front yard was, whan I finally hit softer dirt I knew I was in the right spot, and right I was.. no coins but found some nice relics. Left happy. Maybe my drought is over. If someone could help me identify the item between the key and the medal? I would appreciate it...thanks.

Tmac the Alum one is a cracker jack club token, the other not sure its written in arabic I think, I dont have a clue how old or who the fella is. Thanks for the response.
