PLEASE let me find some of yyour rubbish!

Keep finding, and sharing, that good stuff!

WOW....so cool...I bet that flowered piece was a beautiful vase or bowl...I like the colors on it.

That bottle is neat too.

I was told of an old dump here....I am waiting for the fall to go into it...too many bushes and stuff....and those icky things called snakes!!! Dump hasn't been used in over 30 or so years. A local told me about it and said when he was a kid in the 50's, he use to go in there all the time and find neat stuff...but that land is as it was when last used as a dump...think I'll find anything exciting? I hope so.

Great finds....Happy Hunting

I like my family really & did give them the pleasure of my company for a few hours. Dad was just itching to ditch his Dad & join me :D

Neat finds !!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D I really like seeing them old green glass bottle corks, my brother and I when we were kids were really into bottle collecting and I found a lot of them usually without the bottle or the bottle was broke. It's hard to find them old bottle dumps anymore cause people have scarfed them up.

No Romans to rub in my face? LMAO! Good day to you, kind sir! At least you found some nice coins!

Great rubbish, Crusader-but, remember, family is a treasure too :D

you always mention your father in your posts. Are you a kid? If so... wow. Wish I could use a detector like that. Maybe now that you cleared it out you can find the deeper better targets.

Crusader,

As we say here you rock,Keep up the good work.

If I lived there, I would be killing the Roman villa sites. They would be hunted-out. LMAO!

Just kidding, bud. You are doing great!

No I'm in my thirties. I mention my Dad when he helps so you know when its a join effort & when its just me. (he doesn't post on here & I keep all his finds) He is my helper & hasn't much idea on Iding etc.. but enjoys digging stuff up. He goes along time with very little good stuff & then out shines me with an excellent coin/artifact.

Still got some clearing with the silver sabre & will leave the deeper targets for another day. I have alot of new fields to try. This was a hit & run exercise.
