Hey, a new forum. I posted about my find before, but I'll do it again.
Some years back, I found a dumpster on my daily lunchtime walk. Turns out a couple of sisters were cleaning out a 1700's house that their parents had lived in forever. I got approval to search and filled-up my pick-up like Sanford and Son. They did have an auction house come through and pic some items first, but everything else they threw away. I ended up netting around $2K on the dumpster items.
Sad part was I missed the previous three dumpster.
