Ok, forigve my ignorance as I never owned a Minelab.
I read through some of the manual on the Safari and SE.
There is a two tone conductive number followed by a target ID #. Correct?
I also see where the ID falls in as a shaded pixel on a grid and that further
delineated the target ID. Correct?
So, I am reading the posts here and have seen targets come in with the first number as either a 1, 2, or 3?
And, if I am not mistaken
usually the good targets begin with a 2.
Ex. Goes4Ever 13 Silver Weekend:
So I crank up the manual sensitivity to 29 and off I go, I get an absolute screaming 03-47 and I am thinking this is a half dollar! I cut a nice deep plug, flip it back and there laid a walking liberty half in the bottom of the hole! made the day a LOT better.

Ex. DKinPA One Swing Makes the Day Worthwhile
I walked about 15 minutes along an un-mowed grass field at the edge of the lawn when I got a solid 10-45 on the Etrac. Although not a "classic" silver signal it was solid and the machine said 8" so a definite signal to dig.
