E-Trac on the way

Hey folks. I have an E-trac that is in transit, about an hour away!! I have read every post and thread and I'm none the wiser. TTF vs 4TF... What I'm thinking is running it in 4TF but I don't know what other settings to use (sensitivity, trash, recovery, discrim). I don't want to miss any deep coins. I've never used an Etrac before, so I the simpler the explanation the better. Thanks guys!
