Eagle Flask

I bought this bottle at an estate sale for $5. Can anyone identify it and place a value on it?? It looks almost like a Masonic flask but it doesn't have any marks on the bottom or the other side of the bottle. The eagle is holding six arrows in one talon and an olive branch in the other, and has three stars beneath it. My neighbor thinks that it may be a confederate war eagle on the bottle.

The Lestoil bottles that I have seen all have another design on the other side of the bottles. This one only has the eagle which appears to be different from the lestoil flasks. There are no other markings. Is it still a lestoil flask?
