Gotta love those privately run estate sales!
This lady is still fairly young but started collecting and hoarding from a very young age. This sale was stacked with nice vintage everything. Nearly everything had been carefully packed away for a long time she said. Almost everything there was clean and in excellent condition.
Almost got away with some better prices but she was no idiot and had some idea of what she had.
Have not looked up the snow globe yet but it's a monster! Mint condition too! Then the sunglasses, not in the best condition but not trash by any means. Take a look at sold prices on the "Gatsby" Ray Bans... They got me on the Roseville pottery at $20 apiece.
Not a problem, it's perfect. The fire king goes into storage until I come across it's mates to make a set, they said they have a couple more of them still hiding in the boxes somewhere. Then the hacksaw for a $1 and it's from popular mechanics and looked older.
Everything here set me back just over $100.00 I can live with that, in fact there's more there I memorized so I could do some research before getting crazy.
Happy Hunting!
