Looks like a Easter Island Moai statue to me? Even has a angled bottom so that it stands straight up when placed in a hillside.

Surprisingly, it didn't take much imagination. I traced it for those of you who are having a hard time seeing the obvious. But i agree with you Indian Steve it is definitely a cool rock
