Easy Charging System For GTA/GTI/GTP Detectors With 2 x 4 "AA" Battery Clips
I am using the charger I got from Garrett for the Infinium. The pic should pretty well explain the hook-up.
PLEASE! Make sure you have the correct battery polarization!
The 8 batteries are in series giving a fully charged battery pac (8 x 1.5 volts)of 12 volts, equalling the output of the charger. The charger states "ALLOW 8 HOURS FOR FULL CHARGE"
This setup should speed up the process of charging those batteries, and also save some wear and tear on the battery. holders.
