The first English version of Columbus First Voyage first appeared on Edinburgh Review in 1816.

A man named John Wood, a Cartographer wrote a letter in 1817 to Thomas Jefferson about a "procurement of Edinburgh Review Volume".

What for? I think we all should start here.
