For the period this type is the most kind I find in my area. All but one is creek finds. The one in hand was the best find for 2022 last December. The stem points are my favorite to find. I enjoy Pickwicks and Ledbetter points as well but don’t find many. Getting a little rain the last 2 days but still not enough to remove the leaves. Have a good day..

here is a question for you east-coasters...

Are you finding arrowheads or atlatl points? Out here on the left coast, it can be pretty obvious, many if not most of our finds are obviously arrowheads, smaller, sometimes MUCH smaller that one inch in length. For every larger point I find I find 6 or 8 small ones.

Darts and Knives I would say. One in hand I would say knife by the thickness and size of it.

Mostly knives

Thanks buddy
Finally getting some rain hopefully enough to wash some leaves away. They disced the field to so I’m hoping to walk it after this rain.

Kinda cool to see the same point type but clearly the groups had access to very different flint sources.
