I must say that I'm kind of in LOVE with these. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422493547.662941.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422493564.064171.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422493574.013920.webp

Very nice! Indian mughal style earrings. They are often 22k gold with fine hand enamelling and precious gems. Lots of emeralds, polki diamonds, rubies etc. Yours look like the real thing in the photos, but it's hard to tell. There is a lot of costume stuff in this style - sometimes called Baliwood jewelry in the U.S..

Also Trifari and a one or two other American manufacturers featured lines of mughal (sometimes mogul) costume pieces in middle of the last century.

I would test them for gold content and then go from there.

Agree Mughal. The old stuff are real treasures. very nice!

They seemed too shiny to be Sterling, and the top round part is "hollow". If they are real gold I'll be beside myself!! I paid $8 (plus applicable PA sales tax of course!!).

It looks like the rings holding the hanging beads are split & not solid. I very rarely see a piece of gold with unsoldered rings or links.
