I had a super hunt today. I recovered 12 wheat pennies, 3 silver Rosies, small sterling ring, 2 old lipstick tubes, a valve stem cover for a model T, small pile of clad, 17 grams of 10K gold class ring, and a kids junior sherriffs badge. It was a beautiful day and the finds just kept popping out. I have only found one other class ring and it was for the class of 1918 and worn so bad it could not be identified to be returned but this one is almost perfect. How do I go about locating the owner which would be 65 or 66 years old if still alive. Should I try to contact the school? Any help would be appreciated. It is a Balfour 10K men's ring. Happy hunting and good luck out there.
