Error penny?

I was sorting through my clad today and saw this. I don't know if its an error or if someone beat it with a hammer if anyone has any idea what this is I would appreciate the info. Sorry if the pictures aren't clear I have a pretty bad camera

I don't think it is a mint error. Looks like someone squished it. Maybe a railroad track penny?
