Ethan Allen box

Picked this up today at an estate sale. Researched on the internet but did not turn up anything on this specific box. 9"x6"x2". Anyone know about Ethan Allen. The lady at the estate sale asked where I found it, she stated she would have kept it herself but since I had it she had not choice but to sale it to me.
