etrac emulator

Hi all, I could use some computer help, I'm a new owner of an etrac and want to download the etrac emulator, BUT, I have an HP Chromebook and I guess the program is windows orientated and when I try to download it it says it is not Chromebook compatible. Is there a version for the Chromebook, or am I SOL with this laptop?

Sorry Dean, that uses the Chrome Operating System and you do need a PC with the Windows Operating System.
