I was beeping along this morning, hit a solid target, kinda big, so there I go, down on a knee, diggy tool in the turf, pro pointer right on target... Is that a plastic bag? Is that a zip lock? OMG, did I find a cache!!!??? Wait.. WTF? Why is there a rolled up ball of aluminum foil in this plastic bag? It seems to be the size of...... whats in this?....OMG. :censored: Looked around, no one was watching me... ssooooo I re-buried the little critter. Who buries a pet in aluminum foil anyways?

I did for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Dug up a brass box buried by a big tree. I KNEW I had hit a cache! I opened the box and a very old small skeleton was inside. It was either kitten or puppy. I reburied it.

That won't happen to my pets. Each grave is encased in 350 pounds of concrete, complete with stainless marker...

Ok I am sufficiently creeped out!

OH! Wow... Dave... kinda sad... kinda gross!
Yeah, what a shocker! You're right, though... who does bury pets in foil???
That is strange! :icon_scratch:

I had to exhume a pet, it was a snake bite victim is what I was told anyway.

Never dug a pet up Dave... But I swear some of these horseshoes I find are still attached to an upside down buried horse. They come up hard in this soil around me.

ROFL I've dug up aluminum foil hunks,
but unless there was a gold fish in one.
not that I'm aware of :tongue3:

I do usually check them for white powder
or sandwich remains though. :laughing7:
