Never heard the artist Tom Waits name, but that song, Cold, cold ground was used as background music in one of the old Homicide Life on The Streets series set in Baltimore, MD. Never forgot it and never heard it again until I played your upload. Thank you very much. Great music.

He has a sandpaper voice between Bruce Springsteen & Joe Cocker with laryngitis He is more known for his writing Jersey Girl for Bruce, who IMHO has no talent either
