Found this evil looking stone "Statue" in the face of a small mountain, while hiking off Trail. Also what looks like maybe a "serpent" head and another looks like
A Indian Head. This was off trail an the area has some old mines there. Also found a huge rock cairn close by.
I am a beginner here, are these real? or am I seeing things?
What brought me to go off trail was a neat vein of quartz I found so hiked thru an kept seeing more things, till I got out my binoculars.
I got as close as I wanted to, it was getting late and very hot here in the desert an the area is overgrown. Most likely will not return till late fall
