Excal volume cuts out under water

While scuba diving with my Excal it starts out fun, then about a 1/2 hour into the dive the volume drops to the point I can barely hear it.
The next day it’s the same thing, starts out loud then the volume drops.
Any suggestions?

Probably a leak in the headphones or cable. Contact Tony Eisenhower about it. He does the Excal mods and builds headphones for them too.

Yes, water has weeped into the head phone cable. Over time it will get to the point there will be no audio. I would purchase a endcap from the repair center in PA, than order a set of head phones with the CTX M12 fitting . I would go with Tony's headphones or the threshers from the repair center. Do the repair yourself and save a few dollars. Very easy.. or they can do all. One thing for sure you do not want to go back to a wired head phone set.
