Explorer II blank screen

Ace 250 and Minelab Explorer II
To all Minelab users,
Lately when I go to start up my Explorer II, after going through the start up routine the screen goes blank. The detector is on and will even detect/make noise but there is no image. All I have to do is press the detect button and the screen comes up as normal. Anyone know what has caused this problem? Any way to fix it? Is my detector dying?

Did you try a factory reset? Might help. Hope its works for you.

yep, do a master reset
 

Call Minelab. 1-702-891-8809. Or email your problem to info@minelabusa.com . You are probably not the first one with this problem. My EXP II developed a split screen after 3 years. Sent it back for an upgrade under warranty.
