Wow 2006 as the first dude stated it was abandoned. 17 yrs of tagging yet the electrical infrastructure on Lincoln street and in the homes seem intact.
Now any any abandon house/business up around here the buildings are striped of all metal (copper wire plumbing) regardless of how well it's protected.
Must be a honest bunch living around the area down there.
