I am a big Fischer fan. Stick with what you know! If you want better, get the F3,F4,F5,F70 or 75. Fisher makes powerful units.

Love my F4 but I reckon it is like a motorcycle! Its big when you first get it then you outgrow it! Thus I now have an ULTRA CLASSIC from a Rebel 250! Thats why I now have an EXCAL! Depends on your hunting but the sky is the limit as long as your wallet can stomach it!

I love mine too. I don't plan on upgrading at all unless I make some good finds that will pay for a "better" machine.

Teknetics Delta 4000. Its a really good machine and about same cost but has more bells and whistle on it. It was my first machine and done me really good. My wife has the F2 and its a good machine also but the 4000 does circles around it. Im a Garret At Pro User now though and thats a Fantastic Machine

I had an F2, it did get deep targets and I found some goodies with it. Could be annoying in wet grass or wet areas, and loves to show iron as a strong signal. I upgraded to an F5 and have found it out performs the price range and gives you some more tweaking abilities. Either way, both machines have found coins at 12+ inches and buttons at 10 inches. The F2 found a lead pipe at over three feet, go figure!
