I've probably got at least 30 some rings under my belt now, and was excited about my new find. As soon as I pop a ring out, as with most everyone I'm sure, I immediately check for a K, or 925 stamp if it's silver. It was hard to focus in on the 925 stamp in the picture but you can plainly see it's there. As soon as I got home I gave it a baking soda rub as usual, but suddenly the silver started chipping off! So I'm assuming this is a fake? Has anyone else encountered this before?
