its good to see that. There was no incentive to make the customer happy if you already got the defect for missing in transit shipment, not as described, etc. Now, as long as you work it out and they end up happy you are safe. I do not think that would cause any more scams for free items than the old system either, which would be the counter argument.
30 days return for TRS is kinda tough. I think 14 days is more than fair for the buyer.
