Found these in a woods and I need help with am I'd, any ideas? I also found what looks like a broken chain link, a pipe and iron ring or washer? Nearby, I don't know if their related or not though, thanks!

First piece is part of an old adjustable wrench, the second is a nose/lead clamp/restraint for cattle

Yep. They make working on a cows head a whole lot easier.

The adjustable wrench most likely had a wood handle.

Coes was a major manufacturer of adjustable wrenches. Just check out ebay if you haven't already.
