Well, now....

He handed me a heavy box and asked me to look through the coins he got from his father. I brought them home and HOLY SHEEP DIP, BATMAN!!! This is gonna be goooooood....

I've only gone through the silver dollars so far. Seventy Morgans and Peace coins. I'll list the good 'uns....

1 ea. 1878 AU 8 Tail Feathers

2 ea. 1878S UNC

1 ea. 1882O, VF O over S

1 ea. 1903S, VF

1 ea. 1904, MS

1 ea. 1904S, G

A bunch of common dates are VF and AU. And of course there are the worn and torn... but it was fun.

Next up, Walking Liberties and Franklins... and after that quarters, dimes, nickles, and cents.

The box still weighs over twenty pounds. Reckon what I may find? I ain't even opened any of the rolls yet, so I don't know what types I may be searching.

I posted the photos back in May of last year on the Coin Roll Hunting Forum. Just haven't gotten around to searching the coins until this week. The link below is to the thread. Warning... the photos I posted are GIANT SIZED! If you scroll down the replies someone was kind enough to resize them. More detail is in the giant size, but you do have to scroll right to see all.

Once I open the rolls I'll see if'n I can post some of the contents.
