Father's Day Finds: Question on bullet casing

Only had an hour to go out today before the rain hits but a good day nonetheless as my son (age 7) finds his first bullet casing (.32 caliber Smith and Wesson) and daughter (age 9) gets a flattened Disney World penny. Add in a piece of silver, a few old coins, and lunch with the kids and it's been a great Father's Day with the kids so far. Anyone know what the W-W means on the casing?

Nice finds, congrats! The W-W stands for Winchester-Western produced from 1935 to ????.....
