One of my favorite non coin finds. War of 1812 Massachusetts militia artillery button I found at a remote cellar hole in central Massachusetts. There are so many different variants of Massachusetts militia buttons, I’ve only dug three.

Found a complete circa 1890-1920 24" cast iron bell (O.S Bell Co.) doing underwater work in a creek once....
will have to dig up a pic 🔔
 

About a week after I got my first detector, I found this beautiful bridle rosette. Total beginner’s luck! Still one of my favorite finds.
