Dug this old newspaper stamp. Its an advertisement for electric light.
Its one of my favorite finds. It really tells alot....Enjoy.

It reads like this,

Thanks guys.., PTP... I like how its worded, and the L in the word Light is capitalized...
And electric light is the cleanest , most convenient and hygienic light as well as the most economcal, . I guess compared to candle lighting!
Still gives me the giggles.

How about inking that plate up and printing the ad on a piece of computer paper? It would be so cool to see it as it was in the newspaper. Nice find - congrats. (I used to work for the local electric utility company and a find like that would make me do the happy dance. )

....gotta try that...
