Few old finds that never got ID

Went through a couple of boxes of finds and there's a few I never knew where they were. Help me out if you know what any of this stuff is. All found near and in union camp site but not saying they a civil war era.

First item goes on a buggy or wagon.
Next to last item is a Victorian era wall hook for paintings.

The attachment bolt/screw has broken off at the bottom.

It doesn't go on the buggy, it goes on the harness and it's a rein or line guide. Reins on a driven horse are called "lines."

The last item I don't know the name, but it is sort of a button, used to close Civil War era cartridge pouches, etc. Also use on WWII canteen pouch, web cartridge belts, first aid
pouches, magazine pouches, and the leather holster for the model 1911 pistol.



And used to close Civil War equipment. Cartridge box, holster, cap box and more.
