Went to the local beach to day with the fiance'. After 2 hours of digging bread ties and pull tabs with only 81 cents to show for it, we decided it was time to leave. On the way home, we decided to take a short detour to a little spillway at the bottom of the dam. We weren't sure if there was a park there, but we figured why not check. Sure enough, there was a playground with swings. Well, the sun was just about down, and it was getting quite cold, so I hurried out of the parking lot and into the park, turning the detector on along the way. The FIRST signal I got was silver range, 3". Scooped my hand and there she was, a bent \junk ring. I gave it to my fiance' and started swingin' again. Not 5' later, smaller silver range, 4". Scooped my hand, and there she was again! Same style ring, just smaller with a different letter! Got them back to the car, turned on the light and saw that magical 925, these weren't junk, they were just tarnished! Also says AVON on the back of the hearts, guess they are from AVON. Took'em home and hit them with the silver polish, and viola! Never found silver before. Thanks for lookin'!
