Finally got some rain in NY. Found a few, scraper?

It's been pretty dry where I'm at in NY until yesterday afternoon when he got some decent rain finally. I decided to hit a spot close to home after work and this would be the first time I've been on it after it's been plowed. Found a few broke points and what I'm guessing is a scraper. It's really smooth on both sides but appears to have been worked on the edge of one side. Any input you have would be appreciated.
